A little Christmas magic

Stayed in one of the Kenrick Suites recently, and honestly, it raised the bar. The kind of space that makes you slow down and actually relax with an incredible attention to detail. Easily one of the most standout properties in town, I'm looking forward to my next visit!

We booked the Deluxe Suite, and it exceeded our expectations. The suite was comfortable and beautifully styled, with a clean and well-maintained spa. The amenities were thoughtfully provided—one lovely touch was the soft background music, which created a relaxing atmosphere. The service was outstanding, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive.

Fantastic hotel with beautiful rooms and great location. The spa being open until midnight is a perk and it had good facilities.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. And the water spa was incredible—the best facility I have ever experienced at a hotel. It was modern, impeccably clean, and offered all the options you could want: pool, sauna, cold plunge, steam room, private cabana area, and drink service. Simply excellent!

How is this not the highest-rated hotel in Banff? This place is incredible. The staff were amazing and accommodating, and the hydrotherapy area was top-notch, rivaling many paid spa experiences elsewhere. I will recommend it to friends, and I will definitely be back!

Love this boutique hotel! This is a gem of an accommodation in beautiful Banff. Great location, beautiful renovation, standout restaurant and pool/spa space. Service is Four Seasons level awesome. The staff remember your name and go the extra mile with the special touches to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. We can't wait to return to Banff and The Kenrick.

The hotel is so beautiful the renovation has made a clean, modern, relaxing environment.But the real gem at this hotel Is the staff. They are all great. Sony in particular was amazing we stayed 2 days and she made our stay feel like we have known her for years . Beautiful hotel , amazing staff , you will not go wrong in staying here.

Could not have had a better experience. You can tell the thought that went into all the small details. Add them all up and you get a stunning hotel and an enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay here again if we're back in Banff.

Terrific hotel. Room was super comfortable. Pool area fantastic. Having Analog Coffee in the lobby a total bonus. The Kenrick is ideal for either a romantic weekend or a celebratory weekend away with friends.

We've always stayed at the Banff Springs but this place is waaay better… from the people, to location and better value for the dollar! This place is amazing!

This hotel is by far one of the best I've ever stayed in. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The quality of the service and the hotel itself made our experience more than perfect. It's going to be hard to go anywhere else, because The Kenrick exceeded all our expectations.

The Kenrick sets a high bar. The hospitality was incredible and staff genuinely went above and beyond. Rooms were thoughtfully designed with real attention to detail, not just aesthetically pleasing but functional. After a long day on the slopes, the hot/cold therapy pool was exactly what we needed. Will absolutely be back.

Our first trip to Banff at The Kenrick was wonderful. Pristine room, mountain view, robes, and slippers. Analog Coffee in the lobby is such a treat—high-quality coffee without leaving the hotel. Everything in Banff is within a 10-minute walk, with a shuttle to all three ski resorts right out front. The amenities were fantastic: pool, hot tubs, cold plunge, steam room, and sauna.

We had an incredible stay at The Kenrick! Our room was beautiful and spacious, and the guest amenities—games, books, records, and record players—were a thoughtful touch we'd never experienced before. We must also thank Glorian, concierge extraordinaire, who went out of his way to make my husband's birthday weekend so special. We wholeheartedly recommend The Kenrick and will be back!

Modern, comfortable, and very cozy. The Kenrick Hotel is a new and charming boutique hotel located perfectly along Banff Ave. Interiors are well-designed and thoughtful; attention to detail quite obvious. Loved the colors, furniture, bed, and overall feel of the hotel and the room.

10/10, couldn't recommend this hotel more. The Kenrick is absolutely beautiful with such a calm, relaxing vibe, especially around the pool. What really stood out was the staff—every person, from reception to housekeeping, was so friendly and genuinely happy to help. We had an unexpected situation during our stay, and the way they handled it was so kind and accommodating. Would 100% stay here again.

Absolutely gorgeous renovation! location is UNREAL as well. Right on the strip. We also dined at the Fat Ox and everything was delicious! After dinner we swam in the Nora Pool, which had drink service. It was so chic. I don’t know of any hotel on the Banff strip as sleek and sophisticated.
